Si piensas contratar con ellos mejor piénsalo 2 veces por qué no sirve y su atención es pésima...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tengo meses presentando problemas con el internet, siempre se va, o está super lento. Según al cambiar las políticas de la empresa era para mejor servicio, la verdad no se ha visto. No lo recomiendo.

Gracias por la respuesta, se puso el reporte correspondiente y vinieron a cambiarme el módem, pero lamentablemente el servicio sigue igual de mal. Tendré que cambiar de proveedor de servicio
Terrible service, I have months presenting problems with the internet, it always goes away, or it is super slow. According to when changing the policies of the company was for better service, the truth has not been seen. I do not recommend it.

Thanks for the answer, the corresponding report was posted and they came to change my modem, but unfortunately the service is still just as bad. I will have to change service provider

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. We have (had) internet and TV. The internet went down so we drove to their office to complain. They told us they could not send anyone for a couple of days but we still had TV. They sent an engineer and he CUT the cable so we lost TV as well. When we called them they told us they did not know when they could send an engineed . A week later we were still waiting, so that is the end of Telecable for us.
