Las letras chiquitas del contrato son que puedes contratar hasta cierta velocidad del servicio de internet, mas no que te darán esa velocidad (el tope que te podrían proporcionar si tuvieran la tecnología), ¿y que creen...?, efectivamente te dan la velocidad más baja que se les ocurra, pero no de forma alearotira, TODOS los días, es desgastante tener que estarse peleando con los operadores en el 01 800 para que te resuelvan por un par de días y después regresen a lo mismo.

The small letters of the contract are that you can contract up to a certain speed of internet service, but not that they will give you that speed (the limit that they could provide if they had the technology), and what do they think ...? slower speed that they can think of, but not randomly, EVERY day, it is exhausting having to fight with the operators on 01 800 to get them to solve you for a couple of days and then come back to the same thing.
