★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lleven nada que se encuentre en la lista de productos sin garantía, se confían y hacen las cosas sin ningún cuidado....o el personal no está capacitado y no sabe manejar materiales delicados. El 80% del daño a mis cortinas fue por mal manejo no por el proceso de lavado en seco. Quedaron inservibles, pero como no hay garantía no se puede hacer nada al respecto.
Do not carry anything that is on the list of non-warranty products, they trust themselves and do things without any care ... or the staff is not trained and does not know how to handle delicate materials. 80% of the damage to my curtains was from mishandling not from the dry cleaning process. They were useless, but since there is no guarantee, nothing can be done about it.
