★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio me entregaron mi traje sucio lo regrese y me dijeron que me lo entregan en 2 días más y que lo llevará a la matriz en Manuel Acuña y Pedro loza y mi evento es hoy por la noche ahora tendré que usar otro traje... Nunca regresaré a ese lugar

Y ya estaban cerrando 16 junio 17 9:08 AM!! me dicen que son !dos días¡ para la prenda cuando lo llevo en la mañana me lo tienen para la tarde en otras ocasiones, y si así fuera es todo el día de hoy y me lo entregaban el sábado antes de cerrar de manera ordinaria, con el servicio express era el mismo día. Qué pena de servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creí en darle una oportunidad de demostrar que los comentarios y calificaciones negativas que inundan esta tintoreria, pudieran tratarse de personas desafortunadas, que tal vez les toco mala suerte y ya, pero no es mala suerte si tienen pésimo servicio, lastima de la empresa, que a mi ver esta bien posicionada en el mercado, desgraciadamente la gente no habla de esa tintoreria en particular, si no de Dimar tintorerias, en general espero y la franquicia haga algo al respecto.

Yo no sé para que ponen que abren a las 8 de la mañana si son las 8:20 y no ha llegado nadie para abrir, todo ese tiempo lo pierde uno afuera, ojalá respetaran el tiempo de loa demás o que coloquen en su página que abren tarde...
