★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las tres veces que he ocupado sus servicios llegaron rotos los articulos, tres veces no puede ser casualidad seguramente tienen un manejo inadecuado e irresponsable de los envíos que se les confían.
Terrible service, the three times that I have used their services the items arrived broken, three times it cannot be a coincidence surely they have an inadequate and irresponsible handling of the shipments that are entrusted to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue buen servicio, rapido el tramite. Pero lo que no me gusto es que a fuerza me pidieron que comprara una tarima porque era muy pesado (un diferencial) obviamente la vendian ellos y unicamente en efectivo, asi que no tuve otra que comprarla sino no enviaban el producto. Tuve que ir a buscar un cajero para retirar efectivo. Deberian de poner ese tipo de especificaciones en la pagina para uno que va enviar por primera vez fuera preparado.
It was good service, fast the process. But what I didn't like is that they forcefully asked me to buy a pallet because it was very heavy (a differential) obviously they sold it and only in cash, so I had no choice but to buy it but they didn't send the product. I had to go find an ATM to withdraw cash. They should put those kinds of specifications on the page for one that is going to send for the first time was prepared.
