★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido, muchas cosas que no consigues en otros lados ellos lo tienen, y la persona que te atiende es amable y bien preparada... Pero es carísimo, de un 20% a un 50% más caro que en otros lados, que de verdad no dan ganas de regresar.
Desafortunadamente, hay artículos que solo los encuentras con ellos... así que resignate a pagar más.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Totalmente no recomendable. Muy mal servicio. Cero responsabilidad de parte del dueño. Nunca lleves un aparato arreglar . Se quedan con ellos. A mi nunca me entregaron una freidora industrial doble canastilla y una estufa 4 quemadores de muy buena marca . No autorice su cotización lo peor del caso que Ios lleve por detalles no tan grandes ,se llevaron los aparatos a una disque bodega y nunca me los regresaron. Sólo le dan largas al problema, le echa la culpa a los empleados hasta que te desesperes y dejes de insistir. El dueño te dice puras mentiras no le da seguimiento a nada. Hasta pienso que lo hace con alegocia y ventaja para quedarse con los aparatos y venderlos ya reparados.
Me atrevo a dar mi opinión para que otra gente no caiga y pierda sus equipos.
Very bad experience. Totally not recommended. Very bad service. Zero liability on the part of the owner. Never take an appliance to fix. They stay with them. They never gave me a double basket industrial fryer and a very good brand 4 burner stove. Do not authorize your quote the worst of the case that takes them for not so great details, they took the devices to a warehouse and never returned them to me. They just drag the problem, blame the employees until you despair and stop pushing. The owner tells you pure lies, he does not follow up on anything. I even think that he does it with allegory and advantage to keep the devices and sell them already repaired.
I dare to give my opinion so that other people do not fall and lose their equipment.
