★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo regular atienden bien pero estoy inconforme con su proceso de devoluciones y/o cambios. Intenté cambiar una mercancía que no era la que necesitaba pero ellos no tenían la que ocupaba en ese momento y no quisieron hacerme la devolución del dinero. Sólo me anotaron al reverso de la nota los $600 pesos a favor y que tenía hasta Diciembre del 2019 para gastarmelos! Tuve que comprar en otro lugar y gasté otros $600! Mientras ellos tienen mi dinero, ¿qué les pasa?!!!
Usually they serve well but I am dissatisfied with their returns and / or exchanges process. I tried to change a merchandise that was not what I needed but they did not have the one I was using at the time and they did not want to refund my money. They only wrote me down on the back of the note the $ 600 pesos in favor and that I had until December 2019 to spend them! I had to shop elsewhere and spent another $ 600! While they have my money, what happens to them? !!!
