I asked by phone to get to pick up and eat on the way because I was in a hurry, and when I arrived they were barely doing it, it took me 35 minutes to get there and I had to wait another 5 minutes

It took them 1 hour to deliver 2 simple burgers and they were already cold and the meat was tough.
