Soy de Gdl y siempre e tenido un amor a las tortas ahogadas.
Para mi es importante varias cosas.
Bolillo debe de ser de calidad, estas tortas tienen un buen bolillo y no se destruye a la primer mordida.
La salsa es muy sabrosa y la picante tiene mucho sabor.
Y la comodidad. Guadalajara tiene muchas buenas ahogadas, la conveniencia es importante para mi, el lugar es limpio te puedes sentar y comer comodamente y esta cerca mi zona.
La tortoink es un atasque pero vale la pena en esos dias de mucha hambre.

I'm from Gdl and have always had a love for drowned cakes.
Several things are important to me.
Bobbin must be of quality, these cakes have a good bobbin and are not destroyed at the first bite.
The sauce is very tasty and the spicy one has a lot of flavor.
And comfort. Guadalajara has many good chokes, convenience is important to me, the place is clean, you can sit and eat comfortably and my area is close.
Tortoink is a jam but it's worth it on those really hungry days.
