Bad service. They sent me from Hermosillo to Cd. Obregón on a Monday to arrive on Tuesday, today it is Friday and it has not arrived nor does the telephone answer me.

Disgusting parcel, it takes weeks for a package to arrive and it still arrives in super bad condition, broken boxes, damaged products, terrible service.
