They do not have good internet service and they never answer by telephone they put a recording on you and without warning you they suspend it for more than a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, el que te atiende casi te corre, es un robo lo que hacen ahora con lo del "uso justo" para que tengas que pagar mas, es la unica compañia en que he visto esto! y super pesimo atencion a clientes, el telefono nunca lo contestan, prefiero volver a telmex u ojala ya entre Megacable!
Pity service, the one who attends you almost runs, it is a robbery what they do now with the "fair use" so you have to pay more, it is the only company in which I have seen this! and super heavy customer service, the phone never answer it, I prefer to return to telmex or hopefully already between Megacable!

This company is a fraud, do not buy it, they send you messages and make daily collection calls, and it is prepaid, they cheat you, they do not bill you ... Terrible service ... Hopefully they will take action on the matter in Altan Redes ...
