 I asked for a simple haircut, showing pictures of what I wanted, and they did something totally different for me. Bad customer service.

La chica que me cortó el cabello no tenía ni la más remota idea de los cortes básicos de una Barberia, ni siquiera mostrando la imagen comprendió lo que buscaba. Siempre me he cortado el cabello en barberías y las experiencias han sido bastante satisfactorias! Considero que para lo que cobran (que por cierto no es nada barato), deben tener operando a personas realmente capacitadas para realizar ese tipo de cortes. La verdad es que no volvería a ese lugar; si están considerando ir....... piénselo dos veces.
I was more than disappointed in the service offered by the establishment! The girl who cut my hair did not have the remotest idea of the basic cuts of a Barber, not even showing the image understood what she was looking for. I've always cut my hair in barbershops and the experiences have been quite satisfying! I think that for what they charge (which by the way is not cheap at all), they must have operating people who are really capable of making these types of cuts. The truth is that I would not return to that place; if you are considering going ....... think twice.
