I was greeted in English, and the procedure and post-care were explained clearly. The doctor had tremendous attention to detail, and was very considerate and attentive to my unique differences. This was a great stop to take on vacation - it was easy to make an appointment and the prices were excellent compared to the US. Priced "per area" versus per unit, I estimate I saved more than 40% compared to my well-priced provider stateside. I wish I had planned ahead to have had time for a related procedure, they are extremely competent.
