A lady answers the phone and I ask her about my study certificate and she hangs up on me 3 times and she does not answer if she does not know what to say to say, allow me a moment or speak later, not without answering or saying anything to be someone who is your Professional internships that do not have anything as a professional, this happened 10 minutes ago 10:46 approx. Now I'm going to have to go personally.
