Звукоизоляции от лестницы и ресепшена нет совсем, каждый заходит пикает и слышно. Крыша маленькая, но с видом и бассейном. Зато доброжелательное отношение. The room had no windows or light, just an airing window that led to the restaurant kitchen, where there was noise, smells and heat. There is no sound insulation from the stairs and the reception at all, everyone walks in and beeps. The roof is small but with a view and a pool. But a friendly attitude.

Las habitaciones amplias y limpias.... la ubicación es increíble xq puedes hacer todo caminado (caminar sobre la 5ta, visitar la playa). También tienen un plus que por ser huéspedes de aquí nos dan 10 % de descuento en el restaurante de abajo y todo te lo traen también al roof top donde es muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente The owners welcome you and are super attentive! The spacious and clean rooms .... the location is incredible because you can do everything on foot (walk on the 5th, visit the beach). They also have a bonus that for being guests here they give us 10% discount in the restaurant below and everything is also brought to the roof top where it is very quiet. I highly recommend it

Everything is very clean, safe and comfortable, the reception staff are very friendly, but the Pool lacks non-slip mats and we suffered an accident, as a suggestion you can put non-slip mats on each step, because it is very slippery when they get wet.

Inondations dans une des chambres risque de chute . Ascenseur en panne une fois sur deux. Une seul carte et clef d'accès à l'ouverture de l'hôtel et de la chambre pas pratique du tout. Bref pas top du tout Leaking air conditioning, non-functional hair dryer. Almost never anyone at the reception in case of a problem. Flooding in one of the rooms risk of falling. Elevator breaks down every other time. A single card and access key when opening the hotel and the room, not practical at all. In short, not great at all

Habitación correcta y muy limpia cuando llegamos, pero de 3 dias de estancia sólo limpiaron uno y porque lo pedimos, al parecer lo tienes que pedir todo, el desayuno, la limpieza, etc. Hay un supuesto "manager" un jovencito que apenas superará la veintena y que al parecer su única función es decir que es el manager, nada más. Por cierto la última noche la pasamos a oscuras por un fallo electrico en la zona, pero eso, no tienen generadores para este tipo de situación. El rooftop básico, y faltan muebles y los poco que hay, limpiarlos. Agradecer a Luís, un recepcionista que se paso más de 24h trabajando porque sus compañeros faltaron y del "manager" ni rastro. No lo recomiendo. It barely does the basics. Correct and very clean room when we arrived, but out of 3 days of stay they only cleaned one and because we asked for it, apparently you have to ask for everything, breakfast, cleaning, etc. There is a supposed "manager" a young man who is barely over twenty and apparently his only function is to say that he is the manager, nothing more. By the way, the last night we spent in the dark due to an electrical failure in the area, but that, they do not have generators for this type of situation. The basic rooftop, and furniture is missing and what little there is, clean it. Thank Luís, a receptionist who spent more than 24 hours working because his colleagues were absent and the "manager" had no trace. I do not recommend it.

La habitación que nos dieron no tiene nada que ver con las fotos. -el control del aire acondicionado no servía, no pusieron toalla de manos porque no tienen limpias, el mosquitero está completamente roto y la tele no funciona. -La alberca es súper pequeña y el agua no me llega ni a la cintura y soy chaparrita, además de que está súper sucia el agua y muchísima basura en el suelo de la alberca. La verdad es que es el peor lugar al que he llegado en mi vida, se los digo de verdad. No sé cómo es que tienen opiniones buenas, no entiendo literal! THE BIGGEST SCAM that has ever happened to me, don't believe the photos! The room we were given has nothing to do with the photos. -the air conditioning control did not work, they did not put hand towels because they do not have clean ones, the mosquito net is completely broken and the TV does not work. -The pool is super small and the water doesn't even come up to my waist and I'm short, plus the water is super dirty and a lot of garbage on the floor of the pool. The truth is that it is the worst place I have ever been in my life, I tell you the truth. I don't know how they have good opinions, I don't understand literally!

Card payment is not possible, but they tried to get me to give my card details to someone over the phone?! Then the shower flooded the room, and the key card they gave me didn't let me back in once I went to ask someone to help. I left this property, and given the other reviews, it looks like I got off easy. Avoid.
