★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que a mí no me satisface es el servicio que tiene al contestar, son muy fríos no me da la sensación de querer pedir no me brinda opciones de compra no me ofrece lo que tiene ya que no los conozco, tal vez solo me pasó a mi pero no conocía el lugar y pedí sugerencias y no me las dieron y solo por la experiencia telefónica dudé mucho en visitarlos ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rico la verdad pero pésima atención, tengo más de una hora esperando mi pedido y ya despacharon a 3 personas por delante que han llegado a ordenar ! Y me dijeron excusas teniendo 3 personas atendiendo y dos están sentadas sin hacer nada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, dijeron que llegarían en 30 min, esperamos 1 hr y hablamos para ver que sucedió y dijeron q el repartidor ya había salido, pasaron 20 min, volvimos a marcar y que se había atrasado, 20 min después nunca llegó el repartidor, volvimos a hablar para cancelar y solo dijeron que hablarían al repartidor para cancelar el envío, como no pudieron contactarlo para que trajera las cosas? Súper mal servicio la chica que contesta la llamada también mala actitud. Antes comprábamos cada fin pero creo que buscaremos mejores opciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las hamburguesas y papas son muy ricas ahí si no les voy a mentir...pero el servicio , que horror. Me gustaba mucho ir, pero en verdad he dejado de ir gracias a las chavas que atienden, siempre te hacen mala cara, nunca te devuelven el saludo, y sobre todo su frase favorita es "no tengo feria" y no son para ir a buscar ellas la forma de poderte dar feria, solo te dicen que no y ya.
Que lastima que se tenga un servicio al cliente tan nefasto y de mala gana, por que el trabajo del parrillero es muy bueno.
Lamentablemente no recomiendo este lugar, al menos que no les importe ser tratados de muy mala forma...
The hamburgers and fries are very tasty there if I'm not going to lie to you... but the service is horrible. What a pity that there is such disastrous and unwilling customer service, because the work of the grill is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las hamburguesas estaban bien parrillero bien cuidaba la limpieza. Peroooo las chavas que preparan las hamburguesas y tacos pésimo servicio. Higiene por parte de ellas super mal. Todo lo tocan con las manos sin guantes sin cofia y cubre boca a media boca. Limpian el área con un trapo más sucio que nada. Lastima no lo recomiendo. El dueño se ve que sólo quiere vender y le vale madre el cliente y la higiene
The burgers were good grill well kept clean. Peroooo the girls who prepare the hamburgers and tacos lousy service. Hygiene on their part super bad.
