★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando se necesitan soluciones la gerente es la menos indicada para eso. En un problema de pasar mi tarjeta para pagar se limita a decir que no es su problema y el tener que buscarle solución por cuenta propia es una burla para el cliente. Pésima atención por parte de ellos.
When solutions are needed the manager is the least indicated for that. In a problem of swiping my card to pay, he limits himself to saying that it is not his problem and having to find a solution on his own is a mockery for the customer. Terrible attention from them.
