★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuera de la vendedora Dolores Pequeño que es bien nefasta y siempre de mala gana, todo lo demas esta excelente, los capitanes un amor y super serviciales, el gerente de operaciones me arreglo hasta la última bronca. Excelente salon y precio.
 Apart from the saleswoman Dolores Pequeno who is very disastrous and always reluctant, everything else is excellent, the captains are a love and super helpful, the operations manager fixes me until the last row. Excellent room and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nos trataron de mala manera, no sabíamos donde estaba el salón y nos mandaron por el sótano sin indicaciones, al regresar para pedir ayuda, un señor súper naco nos empezó a gritar y alzar la voz, una de las señoritas que estaba ahí nos hablo de buena manera y fue la única, al bajar al sótano con otras indicaciones, no nos dejaban entrar por no aparecer en la lista que si habíamos reservado con tiempo, tardaron una hora para dejarnos pasar, salió una amiga a ayudarnos y un señor súper prepotente le grito diciendo “si vuelves a salir no te dejo entrar de nuevo”, y solo salió a ayudarnos, ni cómo defenderte si están todos ahí viéndote, que vergüenza con su servicio, aparte de que la comida ni siquiera era de buen gusto. Cero estrellas
Terrible service, they treated us badly, we did not know where the room was and they sent us through the basement without instructions, when we returned to ask for help, a super naco man began to yell at us and raise his voice, one of the ladies who was there She spoke to us in a good way and she was the only one, when she went down to the basement with other instructions, they did not let us in because we did not appear on the list that if we had reserved in time, it took them an hour to let us in, a friend came out to help us and a man super arrogant yelled at him saying "if you go out again I won't let you in again", and he only came out to help us, or how to defend you if everyone is there looking at you, what a shame with his service, apart from the fact that the food was not even of good taste . zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new social venue at the south side of the city. Big, comfortable, great service, huge parking lot (very cheap by the way), great food and cold beveages. We were there for a prom party ( over 500 guests) and everything was great . Would like that the check-in counter had better AC.
