★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambio mi calificación por q lleve a mi perro y me dieron un pésimo servicio, por teléfono no le dieron seguimiento el dr no responde los mensajes en emergencias apesar de q te dice q le puedes marcar o mandar mensaje para cualquier cosa, falso, es barato pero no vale la pena si no le dan seguimiento a tu mascota, mejor busquen otro veterinario en donde no dejen a su suerte a su mascota
 I change my rating because I took my dog and they gave me a lousy service, they did not follow up on the phone, the doctor does not answer messages in emergencies even though he tells you that you can dial or send him a message for anything, false, it's cheap but it's not worth it if you don't follow up on your pet, better find another vet where you don't leave your pet to its fate

Lleve a un gatito moribundo que vivía en mi unidad, le dije que era de la calle y que no sabía como se iba a comportar, lo llame por el nombre que los que lo cuidamos le pusimos al gatito y un infeliz que estaba esperando, dice.. es de la calle y tiene nombre!! A lo que el " veterinario " le hizo segunda a su comentario, se porto super grosero, cero empatico, quería que yo hiciera todo, etc
Llegue a esa veterinaria asquerosa y casi en ruinas, porque era urgente y una persona me dijo que igual estaba abierta, no quería que me atendieran gratis, por si su pobre cerebro lo pensó!!
Mejor lleven a sus mascotas con el Dr. Guerrero, excelente atención.

I arrived at that disgusting and almost ruined vet, because it was urgent and a person told me that it was still open, he didn't want them to treat me for free, in case his poor brain thought about it!!
Better take your pets with Dr. Guerrero, excellent care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El veterinario que atiende en la consulta es muy bueno, visité otros veterinarios y no había mejoras en mi perrita. Su diagnóstico fue acertado y explica muy bien, de verdad le dedica tiempo a lo qué hace, además, es un lugar bastante económico.
Ahora, la zona no es la mejor, si llevan coche no vayan los jueves porque se pone un tianguis y es imposible circular por ahí.
La persona que realiza el servicio de estética no da un buen servicio
No he requerido cirugías de mi perro, pero se que los precios son muuuuuy accesibles pero he llegado a escuchar malas experiencias en cuanto a cirugías pero MUY BUENAS opiniones sobre consultas, es más, mi experiencia también ha sido excelente en consultas.

Now, the area is not the best, if you have a car, do not go on Thursdays because there is a street market and it is impossible to drive around.

I have not required surgery for my dog, but I know that the prices are very affordable, but I have heard bad experiences regarding surgeries but VERY GOOD opinions about consultations, moreover, my experience has also been excellent in consultations.
