SI quieres que tus animales e mueran acude a esta "vererinaria". Hubiese escrito algo con más formalidad como se peude ver en mis demás criticas en mi perfil de google maps, pero como pueden constata en este local no solo matan a tus mascotas sino que incluso si comentas con respeto sobre lo que no te parece del lugar eres agredido por ellos. Revisen sus comentarios a quienes no les den buena puntuación que no me sorprendería fueran si mismos. I do not recommend this place at all, if you want them to please you only by selling you medicines without any knowledge, you should go. If you want your animals to die, go to this "vererinaria". I would have written something more formally as you can see in my other reviews on my google maps profile, but as you can see in this place they not only kill your pets but even if you comment respectfully about what you don't think about the place you are attacked by them. Check your comments to those who do not give them a good score that I would not be surprised if they were themselves.
N	Nely Luna Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimoooo ?????? no lo recomiendo Lleve a mi michi a las 9:30 a esterilizar regrese por el a las 2pm porque quedaron en marcarme y nomas no me marcaban, llego y nadie me atendía y me pase directo y veo que mi michi no lo habían esterilizado cosa que le dije a un docor que ya eran casi 6 hrs que mi michi estaba ahí sin que lo hayan atendido, me dio mucho coraje porque mi michi ya llevaba sus 12 horas de ayuno y aparte 6 horas más sin comer, su justificación es que no tenían doctores, y entiendo eso pero porque no marcarme y decirme y bien lo podía llevar otro día, me lo esterelizaron e hicieron el procedimiento tan rápido que ni si quiera se dieron cuenta que era macho cuando claramente en la mañana les dije que era gato y que como se llamaba mi gato ahorita tiene dos heridas que porque su ayudante no se había dado cuenta que era gato y el ya había empezado el procedimiento de una gata ????????? que clase de trabajadores o doctores dicen ser se supone que son expertos, y sale diciéndome te pido una disculpa y le dije que no me parecía lo que habían echo y me vuelve a decir el doctor pues ya te pedí una disculpa y además es una cirugía ambulatoria, sii y su disculpa queee, su disculpa ahorita le iba a borrar la herida a mi gatito, con que confianza llevas así a tus mascotas se supone que es gente preparada, para mi es cero estrellas pero si no apachurro una estrella no me deja compartir, estoy muy muy molesta para nada me gusto el procedimiento, ni el echo ni la actitud del " " doctor. La descripción del doctor que le hizo eso a mi gato era un señor canoso y gordo no me dieron su nombre, todos estos echos ocurrieron el sábado 04/diciembre/2021 en el edificio azul que esta rumbo a san marcos. La primera vez que fui atendieron bien a mi conejo y le mandaron tratamiento por 3 días, al segundo día, tuve que esperar porque les llegó como mercancía y en lugar de acomodarla bien estaban aventándola para intentar que llegara a su lugar, no les importó que estuviera esperando. La segunda vez , lleve a mi conejo, por lo que parecía ser una emergencia y no me dieron esperanzas argumentando a su edad( lo creí en ese momento). La tercera vez lleve a mi conejo más joven, al principio le mandaron tratamiento de tres días, solo le dieron 2 días. No lo curaron bien. Y le mandaron un medicamento que según las instrucciones no era para lo que me habían dicho que tenía. ( Por esta razón me hace pensar que no trataron bien a mi primer conejo y murió). No digo que sean negligentes, pero creo que en conejos no tienen mucho conocimiento, quizá con perros y gatos el trato es diferente. El personal en general sí es amable. Ellos saben que puede pasar y más después de una cirugía y aún no dan aviso de que se puede hacer para prevenir, me decepcione con el servicio post tratamiento.
