★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful resort! Super clean- cleaner than some places I’ve stayed in the US (and I’m picky!). Lovely pool. Good food and drinks. Amazing staff!!! All the staff are such hard workers and friendly! They seriously aim to please and are eager to help in any way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just ended our second vacation trip to Vallarta Torre and have already booked another week for January. This is the place to go to if you want a comfortable, family-friendly hotel where you can just kick back, relax, and enjoy the sun, beach, and palm trees. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful, and any requests we made were responded to rapidly and with a smile. The rooms are well appointed and clean, and the grounds are beautiful and include a pool and 2 hot tubs. A large Palapa bar (great margaritas!) and an excellent open air restaurant are open all day with no reservations required - so you can just walk in whenever. The resort is located just a couple blocks from a marina and very close to many activities. They have everything you need to have a fantastic vacation. We travel a lot, and this has become one of our favorite places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and wonderful the staff at this hotel was. Especially the restaurant and bar. Would stay again just for that reason! Anything we needed they accommodated and really made us feel at home. Best customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lodging alone was incredible- super comfortable and luxurious rooms, incredibly decorated resort, but the activities and staff put it over the edge into amazing! Definitely join in for pool volleyball, bingo night, or some of the other countless activities they offer. This is a wonderful resort for all ages and we had an incredible time here.
NOTE: bring your own shampoo! The only toiletries that come free are soap and toilet paper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always incredible. I have been coming here since 2001 and the staff/resort is amazing. The location is pertect, the scenery is absolutely gorgeous, and the grounds are thoroughly maintained. All the employees are awesome, and many have been there for 20+ years. Jorge, Jose, Willy, Luis and Richard are a few, and they all are so considerate and awesome at what they do. When they say "welcome home" upon your arrival, they really mean it. The guys and gals here really make the stay stand out amongst the plethora of other resorts. The food is top notch, and they go out of their way to accommodate guests. My girlfriend asked if they had oatmilk and they made sure there was a dairy substitute ready to go. I would give this place 100 Stars if I could!!!
