Phillip here from Minnesota First off I am a chef in the Minneapolis at Paul Mn area I also lived in Texas the home of brisket/ bbq Chef Marco does a excellent job at creating the most mouth watering bbq any where. But in playa ? OMG What a hidden Jen Roasted corn on the cob. Delicious Mac and cheese Ribs so tender cooked to perfection Now the brisket. Like I said I lived in Texas. The brisket was better than brisket in Texas. So so tender and spiced so well WOW! The restaurant is off the beaten path. Cozy semi out door kinda like the salt lick in Texas No worries take a cab. When you done they will call a cab for you. Is a safe area !! Going back again to eat before I leave back home Yummm enjoy !!

My daughter got the ribs and went to pick one up but she couldn’t because the bone fell right out. Doesn’t get any better than that! My husband and I had the brisket and it was awesome. The house made sauces are fabulous. Don’t skip this place! Our kids are already asking “when can we go back?!”
