★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tienen un surtido amplio de plantas y macetas, los precios son elevados y la atencion al cliente deja mucho que desear, parece que no les interesa vender o su mentalidad es que si lo quieres y lo necesitas ya regresaras a comprarles, por suerte hay muchos mas viveros en la ciudad con mejor atencion y precios, por que a este no lo recomiendo para nada.
They have a wide assortment of plants and pots, the prices are high and the customer service leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are not interested in selling or their mentality is that if you want and need it, you will come back to buy them, luckily there are many more Nurseries in the city with better attention and prices, because I do not recommend this one at all.

Llamé y me dijeron que se les había olvidado agendar y me dieron una nueva fecha, decliné y les pedí mi dinero de vuelta y tardaron 5 días en devolvérmelo después de insistir.

La atención al cliente es decente. Lo digo porque estuve mirando las variedades que tenían, pasaron unos 10 min y el joven que me estaba atendiendo se fue a sentar al fondo y tuve que ir hasta donde estaba sentado para decirle que si me podía ayudar, pudo haber estado más atento.
Tampoco me pudo ayudar mucho con el fertilizante que vendía porque no lo conocía adecuadamente para responder las preguntas que le hacía, así que no lo compré.
Después me ayudó con llevar mis plantas a mi coche, de eso no me quejo.
Si buscas variedades de plantas aquí lo encontrarás, pero excelente atención al cliente no.

Customer service is decent. I say this because I was looking at the varieties they had, about 10 minutes passed and the young man who was attending me went to sit in the back and I had to go to where he was sitting to tell him that if he could help me, he could have been more attentive.
He was also not able to help me much with the fertilizer he was selling because he did not know it properly to answer the questions I was asking, so I did not buy it.
Then he helped me with taking my plants to my car, I don't complain about that.
If you are looking for varieties of plants you will find it here, but not excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a éste vivero en la búsqueda de encontrar uno cercano ya que en otro había tenido malas experiencias. Me enamoró desde el inicio la amabilidad, el servicio que te brindan para aconsejarte porque yo la primera vez iba por un regalo para una amiga y respondieron todas mis preguntas para encontrar la mejor opción para ella, me ayudaron a ponerla en la maceta que llevaba y los precios súper bien aparte de tener gran variedad de plantas, súper bonitas y frondosas.
Es por eso que he vuelto y pienso seguir comprando aquí mis plantas, ya los he recomendado que son una excelente opción.

I fell in love with the kindness from the beginning, the service they provide to advise you because the first time I was going for a gift for a friend and they answered all my questions to find the best option for her, they helped me put it in the pot I was carrying and the prices are super good apart from having a great variety of plants, super beautiful and leafy.
That is why I have returned and I plan to continue buying my plants here, I have already recommended them, which are an excellent option.
