CUIDADO CON ESTE PROVEEDOR. La verdad en vez de poner una estrella, quisiera poner -5. El trato con el señor "Max" fué pésimo desde el principio, pero creí que fué por que le pedí mejor precio, ya que los demás proveedores me lo cotizaron 4 veces más barato, si, 4 veces más barato y cuando le comenté esto me dijo: ¿Y por que no lo haces con ellos mejor? Tono altanero. La verdad es que los demás me lo hacían en 45 días y este señor prometía tenerlo en 2 semanas, así que acepté. Yo estoy en la ciudad de San Luis y mi plan era trabajar con él de cajón, ya que seguido necesitamos este tipo de modelos para varios proyectos. Sin hacer el cuento muy largo, cada vez que le pedía que cuidara algún detalle como que le ponga "base" para estabilizar el volumétrico o ajustar el color de la "tapa" de la botella por que así no venía en el render, me contestaba con "y ese también lo tengo que poner yo?"- tono altanero de nuevo- faltaban 2 días para mi expo y le dije "ojalá no fuera tan complicado hablar contigo" y me dijo "mira yo no soy ningún complicado, yo nomás te estoy dando un servicio pero si quieres mejor te regreso tu dinero y ahí la dejamos". Allí si dije pues ya ni como pelearme, ya le había pagado el 70% y tenía mi expo en puerta, le dije que apoco le valía de plano? me contestó "pues la verdad sí, tengo más clientes...." No tenía para dónde hacerme, accedí, le pagué a contraentrega y me mandó fotos en los que lucía muy bien el volumétrico de mi producto. Quisiera compartirles las fotos del render y la figura que se entregó pero no puedo por cláusulas de confidencialidad de la marca, sin embargo sí les puedo compartir el close up de los detalles a continuación. Es una marca de refrescos y de las más importantes del país, no crean que es un negocio pequeño. Me entregó con el tiempo justo para que el flete pudiera llegar a la expo y estaba ROTO, la pintura se le cayó, la base "que me regaló" la hizo mal y la entregó rayada, la etiqueta estaba mal impresa y mal pegada, la tapa pintada con agua (parecía), el exhibidor pegado con un pegamento que quemó el acrílico. En fin, no sólo no te lo recomiendo, sino que creo que estas personas merecen que nadie los tome en cuenta, no sé si a todos les haga lo mismo, en su página todo se ve de calidad increíble, pero no sólo repruebo su producto sino su pésima actitud pasivo-agresiva y hasta me atrevo a pensar que vengativa. No pude exhibirlo en mi expo y ustedes sabrán lo importante que esto es en algunas ocasiones para la empresa. PD. Las fotos que tienen en su web de su taller que se parece más a un taller profesional y americano, son CERO el lugar de las fotos que me mandaron a mí. Los reto a confrontar al señor a ver si no se les pone de altanero también. Suerte.
