★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien equipados, de lunes a viernes hay entrenadores que te apoyan con tu rutina, venden bebidas, alimentos y toallas. Se siguen las medias sanitarias aunque últimamente hay más gente y por lo mismo los entrenadores se saturan talvez haría falta uno más. En cuanto a máquinas está bien equipado, tiene variedad lo malo es que solo hay casi uno de cada máquina y la gente se forma para usarlas, si lo recomiendo en un horario tan concurrido que suele ser por las mañanas

The sanitary stockings are followed although lately there are more people and for the same reason the coaches are saturated, perhaps one more would be needed. In terms of machines, it is well equipped, it has variety, the bad thing is that there is only almost one of each machine and people train to use them, if I recommend it in such a busy schedule that it is usually in the mornings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya llevo un tiempo asistiendo, hoy por cuestiones de horario me toco ir a la una de la tarde(normalmente voy temprano). Hay más personas a esa hora que a las cinco de la mañana (algo lógico y de esperarse) el caso es que fui ayudado por un instructor que se me olvido preguntarle su nombre, igual me comentó que el entra a la una entonces el, el caso que la experiencia fue genial, muy amable y productivo lo que me puso hacer. Como novato y persona que necesita ánimos para no desistir, buen personal y ambiente amable es importante. Lo recomiendo y espero ir entrenar hasta lograr mis metas con Yofit.
I've been attending for a while, today due to schedule issues I have to go at one in the afternoon (I usually go early). There are more people at that time than at five in the morning (something logical and to be expected) the fact is that I was helped by an instructor who forgot to ask his name, he still told me that he enters at one then he, the case that the experience was great, very kind and productive what he put me to do. As a newbie and someone who needs encouragement not to give up, good staff and a friendly environment is important. I recommend it and I hope to train until I achieve my goals with Yofit.
