Zafiro Beach Boutique Resort - 82112 Mazatlán

If I could I give them a -100, the food is very bad, I got bitter by insects during breakfast, the room looking nice but dirty, if you complain you are lucky if the don't bit you off. I attended a presentation and because I didn't want to buy they told me to find another hotel and didn't want to reimburse my money that I pay for 1 week. Nightmare!!!!!!

WARNING ⚠️ Was brought in off the street on our way shopping. We were promised $320 US if we entertained an idea regarding a time share/vacation group buy-in, that they wanted to present to us. We were told there was no obligation and it would take about 90min. After over 2 hours of listening to their “schpiel” we decided it was not for us... things became aggressive and loud on their part followed by a personal attack as they were trying to bully us into making a large investment. After declining multiple times and feeling extremely uncomfortable we were brought to a third man who claimed they did not have the money to pay us at the moment but gave their word to deliver it to our hotel in a few hours. As expected, they never showed. Bottom line - scam artists, aggressive, unethical and ignorant. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

As several others have described, my parents were taken in by a scam at this place. They were brought to this location and promised $500 if they sat through a 90 min presentation. At the end, my parents were told that they didn't have the money, and that these people would bring the money to their hotel later on that day. As expected, these people never showed up, and after repeated attempts by my parents to contact them to receive their reward, we gave up. Avoid this place at all costs!

Went for a Presentation information meeting today. Promised only would take 90 min. Max. of our timè and absolutely No Pressure which couldn't of been farther from the truth. Over 2 hrs. wasted of our time, sales person went from nice to rude and when he realized we weren't interested at this time then basically left us hanging and finally we got up and left. No gift certificate was offered to us as promised, no ride home offered, so we had to walk home. I would Never recommend this to anyone and we should of known better as we were warned by many people before of these high pressure sales pitches!!!

My visit of two weeks Jan 9 2016 to Jan 23 2016 If you like cold showers then this is the place for you. If you like less than clean cleaning then this is the place for you. If you like to have cold hot tubs then this is the place for you. If you like being treated poorly then this is the place for you. in the end this place is good from far but far from good If you can find another place to stay is my best advise.

This place was horrible. SCAM SCAM SCAM. The guy there giving the presentation for Timeshare promised compensation for 90 min of me being away from my vacation. I was promised $500 and a bottle of tequila. After I chose not to purchase timeshare, they told me that they would meet me at my hotel at 4pm with money and tequila, but they would call me when they were 5 min out. Noone called and noone showed. I'm glad that I didn't purchase anything from these scam artists. While in the office I read BBB(better business bureau) reviews. All of the reviews were 1 star from April 2019 to the present date. Stay away from this place!

We love the location that is off the main tourist attractions. That was great for a second honeymoon. We have no children but it a great option for them with several swimming pools. The staff was always friendly. Definitely worth it to stay there.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was very helpful. This place was tucked between some larger hotels, but I'm absolutely pleased that we made the decision to stay here.
