En cuanto al servicio no se si sea por COVID pero hace falta mas disposición de servicio al cliente.
Si te van a vender un par que no sea el que estaba en mostrador
They are not the best but they are inexpensive and quite durable.
As for the service, I do not know if it is due to COVID but more provision of customer service is needed.
If they are going to sell you a pair that is not the one that was on the counter
