★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, profesional, con equipo para hacer diagnóstico adecuado y tratarla de la mejor manera a mi gatita. Muy agradables todos los doctores. Solo una observación, termina siempre siendo muy costoso ya que para tratar a tu animalito es la consulta ($500) + algún tratamiento que necesite para el correcto diagnóstico (solución contraste para ojos por ej.) + aditamento (collar isabelino por ejemplo) + el medicamento. La primera vez por un hongo de estrés que le salió a mi gata fueron $700 pero el diagnóstico y tratamiento fueron muy adecuados, la segunda vez fueron $1400 aprox por una infección ocular de mi gata bebé y nuevamente mi gatita sanó y fue feliz a partir de ahí jeje. Mil gracias por la calidad de su servicio pero si sale muy caro chicos. En la tienda tienen precios más estándar. ¡Los estimamos mucho!
 Excellent service, professional, with equipment to make an adequate diagnosis and treat my kitten in the best way. Very nice all the doctors. Just an observation, it always ends up being very expensive since to treat your little animal it is the consultation ($500) + some treatment that it needs for the correct diagnosis (contrast solution for eyes, for example) + an accessory (Elizabethan collar for example) + the medicine. The first time it was $700 for a stress fungus that came on my cat but the diagnosis and treatment were very adequate, the second time it was $1400 approx for an eye infection in my baby cat and again my kitten healed and was happy from then on. there hehe Thank you very much for the quality of your service but it is very expensive guys. In the store they have more standard prices. We love you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron una emergencia en sábado por la noche! Y le dieron seguimiento a mi hija durante la noche! La verdad los veterinarios me dieron un excelente servicio y atención personalizada. Los recomiendo mucho.
El único problema es que creo que sus costos son un poco altos pero la salud de las mascotas es prioridad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lucran y estafan a la gente, el servicio de estética canina pésimo lastiman a los perritos los cortan y no se hacen responsables y ni hablar de la consulta veterinaria, nada más te sacan dinero y no solucionan nada, lleve a mi perrita de edad avanzada a consulta me hicieron gastar 3500 pesos en estudios que nunca me entregaron y además le mandaron una dieta absurda que sólo hizo que su enfermedad la deteriorara más no confíen en estas personas sin ética no arriesguen a sus mascotas.
Lousy service, they profit and scam people, the lousy canine beauty service hurts the puppies they cut them and they are not responsible and not to mention the veterinary consultation, they just take money from you and do not solve anything, take my dog from old age at consultation they made me spend 3500 pesos on studies that they never delivered to me and they also sent her an absurd diet that only made her illness worsen her more do not trust these unethical people do not risk your pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio: Llevé a mi perrita Maya para baño y corte de pelito, le lastimaron una uña (tal cual la cortaron mal y se le rompió todo el recubrimiento), lo peor de todo, no me dijeron nada cuando la recogí, esperando que no me diera cuenta... ajá!!! pues si son nuestros perritos!!!! Llegando a casa me di cuenta que tanto ella como yo estábamos manchadas de su sangre. De inmediato llamé para reportar y me dijeron que la llevara a consulta, la revisaron y súper indiferentes me dijeron este es el medicamento (tramadol) es de uso humano y debe conseguirlo, no se lo podemos proporcionar acá, no le hicieron nada más y me mandaron con el corazón roto por ver a mi perrita con dolor, pagué el servicio completo, di propina, hice un gasto extra del medicamento, del collar isabelino para que no se lamiera la pata... y nadie se disculpó siquiera. LOS ACCIDENTES OCURREN, PERO COMO TE TRATA LA GENTE ES LO QUE IMPORTA.
Terrible service: I took my dog Maya for a bath and a haircut, they hurt her nail (just as they cut it badly and the entire coating broke), worst of all, they didn't tell me anything when I picked her up, hoping that I wouldn't I realized... aha!!! Well, they are our puppies!!!! Arriving home I realized that both she and I were stained with her blood. I immediately called to report and they told me to take her to a consultation, they checked her and super indifferently told me this is the medicine (tramadol) it is for human use and you must get it, we cannot provide it here, they did nothing else to her and I They sent with a broken heart to see my dog in pain, I paid the full service, I gave a tip, I made an extra expense of the medicine, of the Elizabethan collar so that she did not lick her paw... and nobody even apologized. ACCIDENTS HAPPEN, BUT HOW PEOPLE TREAT YOU IS WHAT MATTERS.
