004 IMSS daycare - 44520 Guadalajara

So far I have liked it, only that my girl had a hard time adapting and I noticed a teacher as upset because she was crying, but all the others were very kind.

The Director is very friendly and efficient.

Horrible!; HPM!! Since all IMSS staff are unionized, they look for excuses not to work, they return your child to you for any nonsense, and they tell you as if they were doing you a favor... "we're not going to give you an assessment sheet, but not anymore." bring your child throughout the week".... they tell you on Monday, at 10:00 am, two hours after you left your child. This useless nursery is the worst there is. Avoid her! Preferable a surrogate daycare even if the hours are limited. If you get into an argument, the nurse gives you an assessment sheet, making you go to your IMSS clinic the next day, where you certainly have to get up early; the same very conscientious doctor tells you that they are pretexts of his companions from the nursery, discharging me immediately. And the next day you bring the "high" reluctantly to receive your child. And the following week the same story repeats itself. I hope that these IMSS employees will have a long bone, because the day they go to work in the private sector... they are going to be wiped out, no matter how useless they are.
