★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La guardería brinda atención de 6:45 a 7:00 pm el registro se puede hacer en internet para estar en lista de espera, en cuanto haya la disponibilidad para la sala de los niños llega la alerta al correo con los requisitos (docs) para empezar el trámite, se cuenta con 11 días naturales aprox para hacer la inscripción desde que el correo de disponibilidad llega.
The nursery provides care from 6:45 to 7:00 pm. Registration can be done online to be on the waiting list, as soon as there is availability for the children's room, the alert arrives in the mail with the requirements (docs) for To begin the process, there are approximately 11 calendar days to register since the availability email arrives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que son de las mejores ya que tuve a mi bebe de 6 meses en una del imss y son muy buenos mi bebe aprendió muchas cosas ahora planeo meterlo de nuevo para volver a trabajar. No tengan miedo sus niños están muy bien cuidado
I think they are the best since I had my 6 month old baby in one of the imss and they are very good my baby learned many things now I plan to put it back to work. Don't be afraid your children are very well taken care of

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hija entraba llorando, salía llorando, mal trato de la directora y las maestras. Mi hija tenía alergias y en vez de tratarla la dejaban en una cuna que parecía jaula hasta que yo llegaba por ella. Muy malo el trato.
My daughter came in crying, she came out crying, bad treatment from the principal and the teachers. My daughter had allergies and instead of treating her they left her in a crib that looked like a cage until I came for her. The deal is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, es muy buena guardería. Mi hija estuvo ahí y fue muy feliz. Su hermano también, pero por la cuestión de la pandemia, le está costando un poco de trabajo volverse a adaptar.
La única área de oportunidad que veo, (y no sé si sea solo de esta guardería y no de otras), es que no manejan el BLW para la alimentación, y desde muy chiquitos inician con el control de esfínteres, a pesar de que varios estudios han demostrado que esto último no se enseña, depende de la madurez de cada niño.
Otro punto que veo, es la parte administrativa, ya que siento que a veces no dan información clara, sobre todo para la justificación de faltas.
Sin embargo, las técnicas y maestras son muy amables. Asimismo, los enfermeros y la nutrióloga. Están al pendiente en el desarrollo de los niños.

The only area of opportunity that I see, (and I do not know if it is only from this nursery and not from others), is that they do not handle the BLW for feeding, and from a very young age they start with toilet training, despite the fact that several Studies have shown that the latter is not taught, it depends on the maturity of each child.
Another point that I see is the administrative part, since I feel that sometimes they do not give clear information, especially for the justification of absences.
However, the techniques and teachers are very kind. Also, the nurses and the nutritionist. They are watching the development of children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papitos, si ustedes están considerando que sus niños ingresen a la guardería 04, no se los recomiendo.
Durante la plática de "bienvenida" prácticamente nos dicen que nos están haciendo un favor.
Todos los niños (incluyendo el mío) entraban llorando, mi niño salía muy callado el escaso tiempo que lo llevé.
Cuando fui a darlo de baja me preguntaron cuál era el motivo de su baja y les dije que mi niño había salido marcado de un brazo, no fueron para negarlo ni para aclararlo.
Pésimo servicio.
Papitos, if you are considering that your children enter the daycare 04, do not recommend them.
During the talk of "welcome" they practically tell us that they are doing us a favor.
All children (including mine) entered crying, my child was very quiet the scarce time I took him.
When I went to give it off, they asked me what was the reason for their down and I told them that my child had gone off from one arm, they did not go to deny it or clarify it.
Terrible service.
