Por la contingencia hay que sacar cita, pero igual no sirve de nada. Yo esperé 50 minutos para ser atendida. No hay nadie que organice la fila y al momento de acercarte a ventanilla para preguntar algo, te responden de mala manera, son servidores públicos y si no les gusta servir a la gente deberían buscar otro trabajo. Como sugerencia hay que llevar su propia pluma (azul) en caso de necesitarla ya que en ventanilla no cuentan con gel antibacterial.
Poor service.
