★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui con una amiga y desde el momento que pedi la cajera nos dió la espalda y se fue a la caja, razón por la cual siento que no escuchó bien lo que pedimos, y al entregarme me dio un frappe de otro sabor que no habíamos pedido. Le mencioné que eso no era lo que había pedido y luego de esa incómoda discusión de “que era lo que había pedido”. Nos cobró de más, me cobró 3 en lugar de 2, le pregunté qué si estaba cobrándome el frappe que yo no le pedí y simplemente me dijo que no; pero además no nos dio el ticket (obviamente). La verdad ya no quisimos decirle nada y simplemente pagamos y nos fuimos. Súper raro que pase esto en Santa Clara pero bueno, súper mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El helado es muy rico, pero la experiencia Santa Clara pésima. Las señoritas son déspotas y no tienen tacto. Es la 2da. vez que se nos cae la bola x que no la ponen bien, sé de otros vecinos que les pasó igual y al pedir la reposición, cosa que nunca hacen te lo dicen de la forma más grosera y prepotente. En la Michoacana que no es lo mismo, ni el mismo costo tienen muchísimo mejor servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas que atienden muy petulantes, no me quisieron vender frappe que porque ya no había y solo helados, puse mi dedo índice en el cristal y me hicieron un drama y fue por instinto. Que digan las cosas d e otra manera o que pongan letreros. Ni que yo quisiera tocar las cosas en estos momentos de pandemia, aparte me había puesto gel antibacterial en la entrada. Terrible servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de las dos sritas. Llegué alas 8:32 pm y me dijeron que cerraban a las 830, les dije que el horario que me aparecía vía Google era de las 9 pm y además tenían abierto el local, dijeron que podían aceptar efectivo pero no pago con tarjeta. No me atendieron.
