l	liz Bustill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo las empleadas no tienen capacidad para tratar con clientes ...tratan muy mal no son amables prefieren no vender sus productos y se creen dueñas de la heladería no tienen tacto son déspotas groseras y corren a uno con sus altos tonos de voz cero cordiales como si me fueran a regalar lo que voy a consumir ....ya con ese tipo de tono mejor ni baje a mi familia del auto para que escogieran su helado y me los llevé a consumir 10 helados al Daiyri Quin otra cadena de helados de buena calidad y de precios muy justos y el personal amable y cordial pero ....la sucursal de Juriquilla al lado del superama es de lo más feo y nefasto el trato y servicio al cliente no aconsejo asistan ahí todos los que vivimos aquí en santa fe Juriquilla Querétaro ni personas que vienen de otra parte de la cuidad o de fuera para que no hagan corajes ni pasen un mal momento The employees do not have the capacity to deal with customers ... they treat very badly they are not friendly they prefer not to sell their products and they think they are owners of the ice cream parlor they have no tact they are rude despots and they run at you with their high tones of zero cordial voice like If they were going to give me what I am going to consume ... with that kind of better tone, I did not get my family out of the car to choose their ice cream and I took them to consume 10 ice creams at Daiyri Quin another chain of good ice creams quality and very fair prices and friendly and cordial staff but .... the Juriquilla branch next to the super branch is the most ugly and nefarious treatment and customer service I do not advise all of us who live here in Santa Fe Juriquilla Querétaro or people who come from another part of the city attend there or from outside so they don't get angry or have a bad time

Ya llevan mucho tiempo sin café, cada vez que voy me dicen que ya muy pronto va a ver café y hasta ahorita nada, en todas las sucursales de Querétaro tienen y menos la de juriquilla. No es posible que ya llevan más de 2 años y no tengan café. This is my complaint for the juriquilla plaza amarras branch. Pidan ver el gramaje del helado que pidan, te roban 400 grs por litro que pides, te cobran las servilletas!!! y esto ya lleva mucho tiempo. Probablemente así las entrenan para verle la cara a la gente. Ah pero apuesto aparecerán los paleros poniendo 5 estrellas para evitar las malas reseñas y la gente siga comprando ahí. En fin...señores que buscan poner heladerías cerca, es una opción de hacer competencia. La gente no es tonta, irán siempre donde la gente reciba realmente lo que paga...y el servicio sea cálido y verdadero, con vendedoras educadas, honestas de nivel como lo merece la marca.
