★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, de los helados que he probado en México este ha sido el más rico. Probe uno wue se llama triple chocolate wow wow wow delicioso, muy recomendado. La atención fue excelente, el lugar en si se ve y es muy limpio, la decoración me gustó mucho. Dan degustación pero cuándo yo fuí no tenían o no está permitido por tema del covid, una de las dos o las dos, y pues me parece bien. Coman helados aquí, vale la pena.
 Excellent place, of the ice creams I have tried in Mexico this has been the richest. Try one which is called triple chocolate wow wow wow delicious, highly recommended. The attention was excellent, the place itself looks and is very clean, I liked the decoration a lot. They give tasting but when I went they did not have or it is not allowed due to the covid, one of the two or both, and well that's fine. Eat ice cream here, it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy ricos los helados pero es precio es DEMASIADO ELEVADO, no lo recomiendo por qué por una bola de elado de chocolate son $70 se me hace un exceso. Y los más económicos son a $50 de una bola nadamás.

Me ofrecen frappé de la gama de café pero me advierten que tampoco tienen m&m.
Pido sin crema batida y me dan crema batida.
Les digo que la tapa de mi vaso no queda y me dicen que es porque las tapas son mas grandes de los vasos que tienen y que no hay.
Al menos el frappe estuvo decente.
Los productos son caros en esta cadena y que tengan este servicio da mucho que desear
I wanted an eggnog frappé and they denied me because they say they have two weeks without the product.
They offer me frappé from the coffee range but they warn me that they don't have m&m's either.
I ask for no whipped cream and they give me whipped cream.
I tell them that the lid of my glass does not fit and they tell me that it is because the lids are bigger than the glasses they have and that there are none.
At least the frappe was decent.
The products are expensive in this chain and that they have this service leaves much to be desired
