★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una pena la gerente y la administración que tienen en la sucursal de Macro plaza. La verdad he hecho varios pedidos con 100 pizzas y nunca estaba 100% conforme con la atención a cliente. Hasta que una vez hice un pedido a domicilio y tardaron como 3 horas en traerme la pizza. Y lo único que me ofrecieron a cambio fue traerme las pizzas de OTRA PERSONA o que las volvieran a hacer y espera ahí otras 2 horas. Hablé con la gerente de entonces y eran las únicas dos soluciones que me quería dar. Es una lastima porque las pizzas están buenas y a buen precio, pero que mal servicio de atención a cliente, aparte no aceptan tarjeta ??
 A shame for the manager and the administration that they have at the Macro plaza branch. The truth is that I have made several orders with 100 pizzas and I was never 100% satisfied with the customer service. Until one time I placed an order at home and it took like 3 hours to bring me the pizza. And the only thing they offered me in return was to bring me ANOTHER PERSON's pizzas or to make them again and wait there for another 2 hours. I spoke with the manager at the time and they were the only two solutions she wanted to give me. It's a shame because the pizzas are good and at a good price, but what bad customer service, apart from that they don't accept a card ??

La calidad del producto ha bajado en la misma proporción, ya ni siquiera visualmente es agradable la comida. Yo soy cliente de hace poco más de 2 años y sinceramente dejaré de comprar ahí
