★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos por que nos queda más cerca ésta nueva sucursal pero tache en todo. El área de cocina se veía sucia. Servicio lento los meseros y cocineros platicando todo el tiempo, el Clamato lo rebajan y tiene más hielo sin sabor a nada, la cerveza no está tan fría y el Aguachile prieto mal servido, más cebolla que nada y muy diferente al de todas las demás sucursales. Lo comentamos y justificaron aceptando Clamato tenía mucho hielo y rebajado todo sin resolver el problema. Lástima que abran sucursales sin mantener la calidad y servicio de las demás. Chapalita debería de servir de ejemplo, y sugiero deberían de capacitarse más antes de abrir para comenzar a generar una buena clientela.
We went because this new branch is closer to us but cross everything out. The kitchen area looked dirty. Slow service, waiters and cooks talking all the time, the Clamato is lowered and has more ice without flavor at all, the beer is not so cold and the Aguachile prieto is poorly served, more onion than anything and very different from all the other branches . We discussed it and they justified accepting that Clamato had a lot of ice and lowered everything without solving the problem. Too bad they open branches without maintaining the quality and service of the others. Chapalita should serve as an example, and I suggest they should get more training before opening to start generating a good clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar para socializar y convivir con amigos y tomar una cerveza y comer algo rico.
Es muy agradable pues está frente al parque Dr Atl, uno de tantos que hay en Providencia. Además estás sentado en mesas como en terraza y es más fresco.
La ubicación es excelente en calle Colomos, así que es fácil llegar al lugar.
A good place to socialize and hang out with friends and have a beer and eat something delicious.
It is very nice because it is in front of the Dr Atl park, one of many in Providencia. You are also sitting at tables like on the terrace and it is cooler.
The location is excellent on Calle Colomos, so it's easy to get to the place.
