★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba muy seguido porque me gustan mucho los helados, pero el día de ayer fue el ultimo, me salió un vidrio en mi helado y regresé a decirle a la que atiende y me dijo que era la primera que me quejaba y que no haría nada….. que si quería me quejara en redes sociales….. le pedí que quitara del estante ese helado porque era peligroso y dijo que no lo haría, pésimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable pero no respetan las promociones como el miércoles de 2x1 justificándose con que las demás sucursales las tienen para levantarse de la pandemia cuando esa promoción ya existía antes de la pandemia ??, que raro que en todas las sucursales de Santa Clara donde eh ido siempre la tengan y esta no! Visite incluso las que están sobre Madero a pie de calle cómo está y todas las sucursales de ahí tienen la promo. Por lo que veo no soy la única que se queja de que no respetan las promociones.
The staff is very friendly but they do not respect promotions like Wednesday 2x1, justifying that the other branches have them to get up from the pandemic when that promotion already existed before the pandemic ??, how strange that in all the branches of Santa Clara Where I've been they always have it and this one doesn't! Visit even the ones on Madero at street level, how is it and all the branches there have the promo. From what I see I'm not the only one who complains that they don't respect promotions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un muy buen lugar para comprar, en otras sucursales cierran media hora antes y en esta no, te atienden con gusto aunque ya casi cierren.
Además los sabores son geniales.
El precio si es algo caro $$$ pero, vale la pena consentirse de vez en cuando.
Lo recomiendo bastante, sólo si fíjense que lo helados gourmet y nos clásicos tienen precios diferentes.
Aparte de helados, también venden leches y yogurths de la misma marca.

It is a very good place to buy, in other branches they close half an hour before and in this one they do not, they attend you with pleasure even though they are almost closed.
Plus the flavors are great.
The price is somewhat expensive $$$ but, it is worth pampering yourself from time to time.
I highly recommend it, only if you notice that the gourmet and non-classic ice creams have different prices.
Apart from ice cream, they also sell milk and yogurt from the same brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta en remodelacion, pero no importa las preparaciones son deliciosas y venden queso, leche, yogurt, galletas, pan, smothies, cafe, te, yogurt preparado. Es la sucursal mas completa de la zona, cuenta con mesas y sillones para consumir en el lugar o te atienden muy rápido si es para llevar. Horario 11 a 8 o 9 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les sugiero que mejor Vayan a otra sucursal ya que en esa te cobran y no te dan el producto completo sean helados, bebidas, etc. Comprueben con otras sucursales y se darán cuenta de esta tranza tan común por parte de los encargados “según” , por qué realmente son los dueños, quienes les hacen a los empleados decir que esos son los vasos o medidas que les manda la franquicia, para justificar estos actos. Muy mal ojalá lo puedan mejorar, que los “dueños” se pongan las pilas y que la franquicia Santa Clara como ellos aseguran que es la responsable de esto, les pueda mandar las medidas correctas de los productos y los vasos de Santa Clara, por que ya llevan muchos meses operando así, y esto a generado en los pobrecitos dueños o encargados (2 señores de la caja) que no puedan dar los productos completos llevándolos a dar productos incompletos a sus clientes y consumidores.
