Excelente lugar. En realidad fuimos por error, no conocíamos el lugar. Al principio parecía que no iba a ser algo fuera del otro mundo, pero el fetucinni y el risotto estuvieron excelentes. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. La cocina es estupenda!
Excellent place. Actually we went by mistake, we didn't know the place. At first it seemed like it wasn't going to be anything out of this world, but the fetucinni and risotto were excellent. I highly recommend it. The kitchen is great!

Lugar qué se encuentra sobre la carretera Xalapa-Coatepec. El ambiente es acogedor, minimalista pero elegante. La atención al comensal es buena, siempre pendiente de tú mesa. Respetan las medidas de higiene bastante bien para estos tiempos, mesas con buen espacio de separación entre una y otra. La carta es electrónica. La selección de platillos varía, desconozco con qué periodicidad. Cuenta con opciones de entrada, plato fuerte y postres las cuales ofrecen un concepto de comida fusión, internacional con mexicano utilizando productos de la región. A mi gusto, pudiera ser un poco más amplia o variada, sí la intención es ser un menú degustación, ya qué ofecer sólo 2-3 elementos para cada tiempo me parece limitado. La calidad es buena a secas, comestible, no te vas a llevar sorpresas buenas ni malas. El chileatole verde de camarón bien, y yo entiendo qué en este tipo de lugares muchas veces uno no paga por cantidad si no calidad, en otras incluso paga uno un estatus, pero venderte un "chileatole de camarón" con sólo 3 camarones pequeños, bueno, pudieran ser más generosos. Y sí, entiendo qué su enfoque sea "degustar", y cómo diría un viejo adagio, "es probete, no acabete" pero no te cuesta mucho ofrecer un o dos más elementos de lo qué ofreces. La chuleta de cerdo pelón con puré de guayaba, mole local y chicharos en teoría suena cómo una propuesta atrevida pero no bien lograda, los sabores se mezclan pero no hacen sinergia, no se potencializa uno al otro, aunado qué la dichosa chuleta fue 40-50% grasa y ni siquiera bien caramelizada, en fin, un plato mal logrado y qué costó el 40% de la cuenta se me hace abusivo. Mi pareja pidió unos cangrejos con caparazón suave, esos buenos a secas. Precios bien, acorde al lugar, excepto esa chuleta de cerdo, la verdad sí me sentí estafado con ese platillo. En el lado de las bebidas, la cocktelería bastante bien, buena variedad de bebidas espirituosas a preciosos muy buenos, la atención del bartender excelente, se nota qué sabe lo qué hace y, por tanto, te ofrece opciones muy atinadas para tú antojo y maridaje. Cómo lugar para tomar unos tragos y pasar un rato agradable bien, cómo restaurante no lo recomiendo.
A place that is on the Xalapa-Coatepec highway. The atmosphere is cozy, minimalist but elegant. The attention to the diner is good, always aware of your table. It has options of starter, main course and desserts which offer a concept of fusion food, international with Mexican using products from the region. To my liking, it could be a little more extensive or varied, if the intention is to be a tasting menu, since offering only 2-3 items for each time seems limited. The quality is good to dry, edible, you will not get good or bad surprises. The green shrimp chileatole is fine, and I understand that in these types of places many times one does not pay for quantity if not quality, in others one even pays a status, but to sell you a "shrimp chileatole" with only 3 small shrimp, well , they could be more generous. And yes, I understand that his approach is "taste", and how an old adage would say, "it is a test tube, do not finish" but it does not cost you much to offer one or two more elements than what you offer. The hairless pork chop with guava puree, local mole and peas in theory sounds like a daring proposal but not well achieved, the flavors mix but do not make synergy, they do not enhance each other, coupled with what the happy chop was 40- 50% fat and not even well caramelized, in short, a poorly achieved dish and what cost 40% of the bill makes me abusive. My partner ordered some soft-shelled crabs, those good dry ones. Prices are good, according to the place, except for that pork chop, the truth is I did feel cheated with that dish. On the drinks side, the cocktails are quite good, a good variety of precious and very good spirits, the excellent bartender's attention, you can tell that he knows what he does and, therefore, offers you very appropriate options for your craving and pairing. . As a place to have a few drinks and have a good time, as a restaurant I do not recommend it.

Sobresaliente nivel internacional de un restaurante en la ciudad de Xalapa. El personal esta altamente capacitado en la atención al cliente. Es notable su esfuerzo por proporcionar una experiencia placentera y no sólo una comida rica. No obstante, loa alimentos son de la más alta calidad y creatividad. Mi favorito, el taco de lengua, excelente sabor y porción para una entrada. Mi segundo favorito, el pan francés qué transforma y eleva el concepto a un nivel diferente. Es mi segunda ocasión visitando este lugar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Felicidades a sus creadores ?.
Outstanding international level of a restaurant in the city of Xalapa. The staff is highly trained in customer service. Their effort to provide a pleasant experience and not just a rich meal is remarkable. However, the foods are of the highest quality and creativity. My favorite, the taco de lengua, excellent flavor and portion for an entree. My second favorite, the French bread that transforms and elevates the concept to a different level. It is my second time visiting this place. I highly recommend it. Congratulations to its creators ?.

Delicious food, charming modern ambiance, good service. Really enjoyed our meal there. The menu changes frequently to take advantage of local seasonal ingredients. We had the perfectly cooked octopus and the tortellini which was excellent. Portions are small. This is one of the most interesting and innovative restaurants in Coatepec and Xalapa. Check it out if you can! One small caveat: The staff should be trained a little better about their menu. I asked the waitress about one of their local artisanal beers and she could only say that it was a popular choice and a light beer. It was an IPA, which I happen to dislike, and that’s certainly something she should have mentioned when asked about that specific beer beforehand and it should have been listed as such in their menu. They didn’t charge us for it, which was appreciated.
