★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tramites muy tardados, no existe claridad en cuanto a los procesos, no te mantienen informados, no se encuentran actualizados con tramites ante el infonavit, tienes que estar marcando para pedir estatus y te dan largas. Aun no resuelven mi trámite.
