★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan los mensajes cuando pides la lista de precios, a sus máquinas no les dan mantenimiento y salen dobladas las hojas, muy groseros cuando pides cosas específicas, cómo diseñador no recomiendo, prefiero ir a lumen o a algarin con gente si le importe la atención al detalle. Muy decepcionante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregunté por el precio de la impresión en tabloide si llevaba mi papel pues tenía una lista de precios anterior y la chica que me atendió se portó de una manera grosera. Cada que visito el local soy motivo de burla por esa pregunta de verificación de precio.
Pedí la lista de precios actualizada por WhatsApp y nunca me dieron respuesta, al contrario, borraron mis mensajes cada que enviaba uno para preguntar por sus precios y hoy me di cuenta al visitar la sucursal. Decidí darles otra oportunidad porque me gustó la calidad de impresión, soy diseñadora y busque este lugar por la calidad que prometen. Hoy volví y su impresora manchó al momento de imprimir, además de que sacaba una textura en medio de la impresión, como si estuviera doblado, les mencioné esto al entregarme mis archivos y no me dieron una solución, la tuve que proponer yo. No me gustó que no mencionarán que estaba fallando su máquina, creo que lo ideal sería avisar, pues estás pagando un servicio. Me imprimieron en la segunda máquina y el perfil de color no era nada parecido al original, aún viniendo mi archivo bien, ninguna estaba en buen estado. Creo que no hay seriedad, prometen buen diseño y calidad y no veo que lo sean como empresa, añadiendo que volví a recibir risas groseras de parte del personal. Me voy decepcionada, no lo recomiendo.

I asked for the updated price list through WhatsApp and they never gave me an answer, on the contrary, they deleted my messages every time I sent one to ask about their prices and today I found out when I visited the branch. I decided to give them another chance because I liked the print quality, I am a designer and look for this place because of the quality they promise. Today I came back and your printer stained when printing, in addition to taking out a texture in the middle of printing, as if it were folded, I mentioned this to them when they gave me my files and they did not give me a solution, I had to propose it myself. I did not like that they did not mention that their machine was failing, I think the ideal would be to notify them, since you are paying for a service. I was printed on the second machine and the color profile was nothing like the original, my file still came through fine, none were in good shape. I think there is no seriousness, they promise good design and quality and I do not see that they are as a company, adding that I received rude laughter from the staff again. I'm disappointed, I don't recommend it.
