Desconozco el porqué en algo que puede ser una simple atención para informarse y no desgastarse en ír, no lo pudieron hacer. He llamado a 2 notarías y me han dado los detalles del procedimiento, documentación y costos. No veo, aquí porque no. En fín, si con algo tan simple no pueden, no me quiero imaginar en proceso de trámites.... Si buscas asesoría legal o algún servicio legal sin duda este lugar NO ES, un trámite de 16mil pesos que una persona inexperta (licenciada) casi arruina y tristemente no querían aceptar el error, tratando de marearnos con argumentos sin fundamentos, los mismos abogados y el notario no conocían las bases legales ni fiscales para elaborar un acta constitutiva! NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA. Lousy experience!
