★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, sus empleados te hacen el favor! El domingo 6 de diciembre recibí un trato asqueroso por parte del empleado y empleada de ahí. Pedí frappé y me dieron agua con té verde, y 3/4 de vaso. Pedí que me lo diera bien y lo llenó con agua y me lo dejó en el mostrador muy molesto. En verdad no les recomiendo éste lugar, y si leen las experiencias de los clientes, la mayoría son pésimas. NO VAYAN AHÍ!!!
Terrible service, your employees do you a favor! On Sunday, December 6, I received a disgusting treatment from the employee there. I ordered frappé and they gave me water with green tea, and 3/4 of a glass. I asked him to give it to me well and he filled it with water and left it on the counter very upset. I really do not recommend this place, and if you read the experiences of the customers, most of them are terrible. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que triste, de todos los Santa clara en los que hemos comprado, aquí me dieron a 3/4 de lo que se esta comprando y aparte te tratan super mal, por no llegar en carro piensan que no traes para pagar y te tratan diferente, prefieren atender a la gente mejor vestida, que lastima que tengan personal asi
How sad, of all the Santa Clara in which we have bought, here they gave me 3/4 of what is being bought and apart they treat you super badly, for not arriving by car they think that you do not bring to pay and they treat you differently, They prefer to serve the best dressed people, what a shame they have staff like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposo y yo somos clientes frecuentes, siempre llevamos a nuestros hijos por un helado y a el y a mi en particular nos encantaba comprar café, sin embargo en dos ocasiones siendo las 8:05 ( cuando cierran a las 8:30) ya no quisieron vendernos café la primera vez la señorita que atiende( una delgada malencarada siempre ) se veía estresada y dijo que no le daba tiempo ya de muy mala cara. La segunda ocasión hace unos días otra chica que siempre es amable supongo ese día estaba de malas porque me dijo que la máquina ya estaba apagada y mando a otro empleado a que “revisara” la máquina y el chico amable si me iba a preparar el café pero la otra chica le insistió que ya estaba apagada eso me molesto mucho pues debería haber un letrero en donde diga “ se cierra a las 8:30 pero se deja de atender a las 8 de la noche porque tenemos que limpiar y queremos salir en punto” lastima porque de verdad nos gustaba ir, esto nos orilló a probar un café que está en frente en donde el trato es excelente el café es rico y por supuesto que ya no regresaremos a ese Santa Clara.
My husband and I are frequent customers, we always take our children for an ice cream and he and I in particular loved to buy coffee, however on two occasions being 8:05 (when they close at 8:30) they no longer wanted to sell us coffee the first time the lady who attends (always a thin grumpy face) looked stressed and said that she didn't have time because of a very bad face. The second time a few days ago another girl who is always nice I guess that day she was in a bad mood because she told me that the machine was already off and she sent another employee to "check" the machine and the nice guy if he was going to prepare the coffee for me but the other girl insisted that it was already turned off that bothered me a lot because there should be a sign where it says “it closes at 8:30 but it stops serving at 8 at night because we have to clean and we want to leave on the dot ” It hurts because we really liked to go, this led us to try a cafe that is in front where the treatment is excellent, the coffee is delicious and of course we will not return to that Santa Clara.
