En esta ocasión tuve la increíble experiencia de desayunar un omelette costa acompañado de frijoles refritos y un poco de chilaquiles, unas deliciosas pellizcadas como deben ser, y por si fuera poco, un mousse de tazcalate excepcional.
A escasos 4 meses de apertura y con operaciones pre inauguración, 1813 es un restaurante que sin duda alguna superará tus expectativas y te dejará con ganas de continuar asistiendo hasta haber probado todo lo incluido en su carta, así como visitarlo en los distintos horarios para poder apreciar los cambios en iluminación y crear una experiencia completamente diferente.
If you are a lover of Mexican cuisine, good atmosphere and excellent service, this is a place that you can not miss by mistake if you are a tourist, visit or if you live in Comitán.
On this occasion I had the incredible experience of having breakfast on a coastal omelette accompanied by refried beans and a little chilaquiles, some delicious pinches as they should be, and as if that were not enough, an exceptional tazcalate mousse.
With only 4 months of opening and pre-opening operations, 1813 is a restaurant that will undoubtedly exceed your expectations and leave you wanting to continue attending until you have tried everything included in your letter, as well as visit it at different times to be able to appreciate the changes in lighting and create a completely different experience.
