Yair Medina Pésimo servicio y políticas, describo mi experiencia: Hice un pedido el 18/11/2020 el cuál no llego a tiempo me comuniqué para ver cuestiones de rastreo me dijeron que el paquete lo habían regresado, cuando en primer lugar paquetería jamás se comunico conmigo, solicité un reembolso, la asesora me comentó que no podían realizar un reembolso, que me podían dar un cupón con el valor de la compra, a lo que yo me negué puesto que los únicos productos que llamaron mi atención fue los que compré, entonces optaron por hacerme un reenvío de mis productos una vez que mi paquete llegara a sus manos. Al final se comunicaron para decirme que el paquete estaba extraviado, que no recibían respuesta de paquetería y por ende me harían un reembolso, dicho reembolso se me realizo un mes después de mi compra, cuando amablemente lo solicité con anticipación, pues al final ellos recibirían los productos, lo que no me parece justo es que dicho reembolso se me hizo incompleto, solo me reembolsaron la cantidad de los productos y lo de paquetería tuvo que correr por mi cuenta a pesar de que jamás recibí el paquete y jamás se me notificó por parte de paquetería. Considero que como empresa responsable deben tomar acciones mucho más éticas y más profesionales como reembolsar la cantidad total de la compra incluyendo el costo de paquetería, pues uno no sabe si recibirá el paquete o no. Tienen una políticas muy extrañas y que no favorecen al consumidor como debe ser. No recomiendo en lo absoluto este sitio para comprar, no se arriesguen. Es la peor experiencia de compra que he tenido. No lo olviden el cliente es primero pues se deben a uno.

Yair Medina Terrible service and policies, I describe my experience: I made an order on 11/18/2020 which did not arrive on time, I contacted me to see tracking issues, they told me that the package had been returned, when the parcel never contacted me in the first place, I requested a refund, the advisor told me that they could not make a refund, that they could give me a coupon with the value of the purchase, to which I refused since the only products that caught my attention were the ones I bought, so they opted for making a reshipment of my products once my package reached their hands. In the end they communicated to tell me that the package was lost, that they did not receive a response from the parcel and therefore they would give me a refund, said refund was made a month after my purchase, when I kindly requested it in advance, because in the end they would receive the products, what does not seem fair to me is that said refund was incomplete, they only reimbursed me the amount of the products and the parcel delivery had to be done on my own, even though I never received the package and I was never notified by parcel part. I believe that as a responsible company, they should take much more ethical and professional actions such as reimbursing the total amount of the purchase including the cost of the parcel, because one does not know if they will receive the package or not. They have very strange policies that do not favor the consumer as it should be. I do not recommend this site at all to buy, do not risk it. It is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Do not forget the customer is first because they are due to one.
