Also, amazing location right off the avenues yet in a quiet corner. U don’t hear anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short December pre-holiday trip and was perfect location. Near plenty of stores within steps of your front door & from 5th Ave and the beach. Ferry to Cozumel only 2 blocks away. It’s a Walk up building / no elevator. Spacious with lots of natural light. Air conditioning in each room. One bathroom had low water level when we were there but handyman was coming to repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous flat and literally steps from the beach and from main district in PlayaCar.
We loved it and plan to return and stay in the same Space.
I traveled to Mexico in mid December and my friend and I rented a second floor unit in this complex. It was plenty of space and had huge bathrooms and a huge common area.
It was remarkable quiet for being so close to The action! The unit was even nicer than it looked in photos, with gorgeous woodwork.
There’s even a pool in the courtyard. And we also felt safe because it’s a gated community.
