S	Sebastian Bracamonte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atencion del personal, se echan la bolita entre mostrador y laboratorio por la tardia en entregar los lentes, su disque prioridad por pago de contado se la pasan por el arco del triunfo, no te explican nada y practicamente les vales madre como cliente, no compren ahi les ahorrara los malos ratos. Poor attention from the staff, they throw the ball between the counter and the laboratory for the late delivery of the glasses, their priority dial for cash payment is passed through the Arc de Triomphe, they do not explain anything to you and you are practically worth them as a client, no Buy there will save you the bad times.

Después de llamar 4-5-6 veces, me dicen que los lentes llegan tal día. Llegan con la graduación errónea y me vuelven a hacer el examen de la vista, dicen que de 5-7 días hábiles y nada. Pasan 10 días y al llamar me dicen que MIS LENTES YA FUERON ENTREGADOS Y YO NO RECIBÍ NADA. Ah, y además quieren darme los lentes que ya uso alguien más, sabiendo que estamos en contingencia por Covid-19. No compren lentes aquí NUNCA. There is no organization within the optics. Two weeks and I still haven't received my glasses. After calling 4-5-6 times, they tell me that the glasses arrive on that day. Te lo indican previamente, pero no es para que sucedan estos inconvenientes, más cuando no tienen garantía alguna. Terrible service. The order for contact lenses was made, they were delivered with a poor prescription and they do not have a guarantee.
