★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve esperando 5 horas por mi pedido, marqué en 3 ocasiones para que a la 4ta ocasión me respondan que la unidad repartidora ya había pasado y marcado como surtido desde hace 2 horas, cuando Nunca ocurrió tal cosa, me cambio de compañía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal, solicitamos gas en Domingo por que en donde pedimos normalmente no abren en domingo, nunca llegaron y ni una llamada para avisar que estaba cancelado el servicio cuatro horas esperando hasta que yo marque para ver por que no llegaban, y todavía preguntan por que ya no pediamos gas con ellos

Me contestaron hasta la cuarta llamada casi a las 7:20, dicen que es hasta que su sistema inicia. Sería bueno que actualicen el horario de atención que está publicado.

Además, las chicas que tienen en el call center no tienen ningún tipo de habilidad en atención al cliente. Primera y última vez que les solicito un servicio.
