★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, los helados son caros pero deliciosos, venden café y es muy bueno, siempre te tratan de manera amable, el único pero que le veo es que si necesitas un producto en específico como queso cottage o leche fresca debes de ir el miércoles o sábado porque se acaban muy rápido, también venden pan y paletas heladas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas noches , solo para comentar que definitivamente los helados y frapee son ricos pero deja mucho que desear la atención que a mi parecer es algo importante en cualquier lugar que se brinda un servicio, el día de hoy fue mi esposo a comprar unos helados y definitivamente la actitud de la persona que estaba atendiendo fue pésima estaba molesta o enojada no lo sabemos y de forma grosera atendió a mi esposo pienso que si no te gusta tu trabajo mejor déjalo porqué cada integrante de esa empresa lo representa deberían de ser más cordiales y menos sarcásticos.
Good evening, just to comment that the ice cream and frapee are definitely delicious but the attention that in my opinion is something important in any place that provides a service leaves much to be desired, today my husband went to buy some ice cream and definitely the attitude of the person who was attending was terrible he was upset or angry we do not know and in a rude way he attended to my husband I think that if you do not like your work better leave it because each member of that company represents him they should be more cordial and less sarcastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente de esta cadena y me gusta un buen, pero hoy se me ocurrió checar el peso porque compre una báscula y me lleve una sorpresa de ver lo que roban porque no se le puede decir de otra manera!!! Dejo la imagen para que tomen sus propias conclusiones . (El empaque dice 450g y en realidad me dieron 260g)

Ya ni en una tienda de este tipo se puede confiar... Hay que revisar ahi mismo cuando te dan el producto
Se ve vacio y en el empaque tambien se siente todo el espacio por dentro
Se nota la diferencia entre uno bien despachado y el otro
Lo entregan sin sello, sin escribir el sabor... Rapido y mal hecho para que te vayas y puedan seguir echando desmadre
Una pesima actitud del cajero, atiende de mala gana y haciendo cara de afuerza
