★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente sabor, y productos, pero el servicio horrible. Me atendió David en el módulo que está en Plaza Altaria Aguascalientes, no soltaba su celular ni para cobrar, te hace sentir que es un favor el voltearte a ver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto delicioso pero de cuatro empleados solo uno es amable y trae el cubrebocas bien… los otros o no lo traen o lo traen como cubrepapada. Les dices y se molestan ???
The product is delicious, but out of four employees, only one is friendly and brings the mask well... the others either don't bring it or bring it as a double chin cover. You tell them and they get upset ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuándo están atendiendo los hombres te niegan los productos, nunca tienen vasos, nunca tienen conos del sabor que quieres, siempre te dicen que solo hay conos de chocolate (seguro quieren que se termine ese) y atienden espantoso, sirven escaso y con mala cara, te hacen muecas y de plano alejan a la clientela, cuándo están las chicas dan buena atención, ya no dejen que atiendan los hombres.
When they are serving the men they deny you the products, they never have glasses, they never have cones of the flavor you want, they always tell you that there are only chocolate cones (surely they want to finish that one) and they serve awful, they serve little and with a bad face, They make faces at you and flatly drive away the clientele, when the girls are there they give good attention, they no longer let the men attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, las dos mujeres que atienden son groseras, altaneras y sangronas. El frappe sin chantilly porque no tenían. Al cuestionar las chispas de chocolate me dicen muy prepotentes “eso tiene costo extra” ,, y? Yo lo voy a pagar, ponle chispas. Lo hace molesta y casi casi avienta el vaso.. Pésimo servicio……..
Terrible customer service, the two women who attend are rude, haughty and bloody. The frappe without whipped cream because they didn't have it. When I question the chocolate chips they tell me very arrogantly "that has an extra cost", and? I'm going to pay for it, put sparks on it. She does it annoyed and almost knocks over the glass... Terrible service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pero con qué jetas me recibió la del mostrador! Jueves por la mañana, primera clienta y ya está la señorita de mal humor. Falta de educación, atención y servicio. Ni ganas de volver a consumir aquí. Deberían darles un cursito de Atención al Cliente.
