★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, en verdad, siempre que vamos a consumir te atienden de muy mala gana, estan platicando y hasta que se dignan te atienden, pides una cosa y hasta que vas a recibir resulta que no tienen alguna cosa, o te va a faltar algo, es una pena por que en si su producto es muy bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los helados sin duda son muy ricos, de eso no hay queja, no obstante, el servicio de esa tienda es pésimo de verdad, tienen un personal que no tiene ganas de trabajar a pesar de que toda la semana la tienda este vacía, hacen las cosas de mala gana pero sobre todo mal hechas, es una pena que un producto tan bueno se vea afectado por el tipo de personal que tienen en sus sucursales y por lo visto no soy el único que se queja de tan mal servicio que tienen.
El día de hoy tenia la intención de comprar 2 litros de helado y un vaso de helado, pero a la hora de pagar solicite las bolsas de cartón que siempre dan, sin embargo, el empleado que estaba en la caja cobrando no quería darme la bolsa porque según él, el dueño les tiene prohibido dar bolsas y a fuerza quería que me comprara la bolsa que venden en las tiendas. Una pena la verdad porque tuve que dejar los 2 litros ya que no me iba a llevar 2 litros de botes fríos en la mano.
The ice creams are undoubtedly very tasty, there is no complaint about that, however, the service in that store is really terrible, they have a staff that does not want to work even though the store is empty all week, they do the things reluctantly but above all poorly done, it is a shame that such a good product is affected by the type of staff they have in their branches and apparently I am not the only one who complains about such poor service.
Today I had the intention of buying 2 liters of ice cream and a glass of ice cream, but at the time of paying I asked for the cardboard bags that they always give, however, the employee who was at the cash register did not want to give me the bag because according to him, the owner is forbidden to give them bags and he forcefully wanted me to buy the bag that they sell in stores. A shame really because I had to leave the 2 liters since I was not going to carry 2 liters of cold cans in my hand.
